Joselyn Treyes brought another important victory for the FGCU women’s tennis team on Saturday at the FGCU Tennis Complex. The Green & Blue came from behind to defeat in-state rival UCF 4-3 to earn the first win in program history against the Knights. 
The freshman from Ecuador responded from a first-set loss to claim the second set in a tiebreak and record another singles point for the Eagles by winning 6-1 in the third. The FGCU women’s tennis team fought back after losing the first three matches and claimed the victory to improved to 2-2 on the season.
