Louie Ross helped the FGCU softball team extend its winning streak to 10 games Friday with seven RBIs in the first two games of the Spring Break Classic. In the opener against Ball State, the Eagles turned a 1-0 deficit into a 9-3 win behind four RBIs from Ross, including a bases clearing double in the second inning to put FGCU in front 7-2. In a thrilling 12-11 contest against Stony Brook, Ross delivered the game-winning hit in the eighth, marking the 10th consecutive win for FGCU. The Green and Blue was on the other end of an extra-inning contest, falling Ball State 3-2 Saturday.
