Commitment to Compliance
Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) shall comply with all applicable National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and Atlantic Sun Conference rules and regulations in the conduct of its intercollegiate athletic programs. FGCU shall monitor its programs to ensure compliance and to identify and report to the NCAA/ASUN instances in which compliance is not achieved. In any such instance, FGCU shall cooperate fully with the NCAA/ASUN/CCSA and take appropriate cooperative actions.
Student-athletes, coaches, athletic department staff members and other individuals and groups representing FGCU’s athletics interest shall comply with all NCAA/ASUN rules and regulations. FGCU shall be responsible for such compliance.
