ORLANDO, Fla. - The Florida Gulf Coast University women's swimming and diving team wrapped up the 2026 ASUN Championships on Saturday night at the Rosen Aquatic Center in Orlando, Fla., finishing just eight points shy of Delaware for the conference title after a dramatic final session. - FGCU opened the final night with a strong distance showing in the 1650 free, as Lily Magda placed fourth overall with a time of 17:13.50 to deliver key points for the Eagles.
- FGCU continued its success on the platform dive, where Alexandra Andueza won the conference title in the A-final with a score of 220.95. Brianna Rodetsky placed third with a score of 199.70, Rylie Darkatsh took fourth with 189.00, and Bella Pfeil finished seventh with 173.25. In the B-final, Kaylin Olson placed ninth overall with a 162.75, and Sydney Joiner took 12th with a 158.00.
- FGCU dominated the 100 free A-final, sweeping the top three spots as Jasmin Kroll won the conference title (49.41), Leah Gentry-Tuney placed second (49.71), and Libby Russum finished third (49.84). In the 100 free B-final, Nadia Helm placed ninth overall with a 50.50, while Mia Burke followed in 10th with a 50.76 to add valuable team points.
- FGCU turned in a strong performance in the 200 back A-final as Cassie Bauer led the Eagles with a runner-up finish in 1:58.21, while Jordan Durocher followed in fifth place with a time of 2:00.02 and Izzy Ackley added a sixth-place finish in 2:00.15.
- Aislyn Barnett captured the conference championship in the 200 breast A final, touching first in 2:11.40 to add another individual title to FGCU's strong final-night performance. FGCU added additional scoring in the 200 breast as Easton Glandt placed ninth overall in the B-final with a time of 2:16.53, while Ipek Aydiner recorded a 17th-place finish in the C-final after touching in 2:19.29.
- FGCU closed the meet with a championship performance in the 400 free relay, as the "A" relay of Kroll, Russum, Gentry-Tuney, and Burke captured the conference title with a season-best swim to seal multiple victories on the final night and keep the Eagles within striking distance of the team championship.
