As a Junior (2024)
Played in 52 games with 24 starts … Second on the team in triples (3) … Went 2-for-3 in ASUN Tournament semifinal game against North Florida … Posted multi-hit game against Columbia (2/23) with two RBI and one run
As a Sophomore (2023)
Played in 35 games, earning 11 starts … Posted four hits on the season while batting .154 … Scored nine times while driving in one … Tripled in the win over Stonehill … Posted hits against Oakland, Stonehill, Jacksonville and Austin Peay … Scored a run against the nationally-ranked Seminoles.
PRIOR TO FGCU
Wittenberg comes to FGCU from Florida SouthWestern State.
As a freshman, Wittenberg was a First Team All-Conference and a Second Team All-State selection that offensively propelled the Buccaneers to its 2022 National Title as FSW finished 56-6. In 57 games last season, she averaged .412 up at the dish and tallied 70 hits, 42 RBIs, 50 runs scored, three home runs and 13 stolen bases. In 170 at-bats, Wittenberg suffered only 11 strikeouts.
During the Bucs' National Championship run, she produced three multi-hit efforts. Before FSW, Wittenberg spent her first fall semester at Louisiana.
