As A Graduate Student (2023)
Appeared in 18 games … Went 2-2 on the year in 25.1 innings of work … Posted 22 strikeouts on the season … Tossed a season-high 4.2 innings in the win at UMass Lowell (Feb. 26), striking out four batters … Whiffed four batters in the victory at Troy (March 7) … Turned in a three-strikeout effort in the victory at North Alabama (March 26) … Had multiple strikeouts against Eastern Kentucky (April 14), Stetson (May 6) and FAU (May 16).

Played at Kent State (2019-22)

As a Senior (2022)
Appeared in 16 games with one start in 2022...  Tossed 2.1 innings of scoreless relief and earned win over #25 Connecticut...  Got win over Bowling Green after striking out three over 2.1 innings of relief...  Struck out 24 in 26 innings...  Fanned at least two batters in 10 of 16 appearances.

As a Junior (2021)
Went 5-1 with a two saves for the Golden Flashes...  Had a 6.70 ERA and 48 strikeouts in 47.0 innings...  Struck out six and and earned the win against Tennessee Tech...  Picked up a victory over Northern Illinois while striking out five and allowing just one run...  Earned the save while striking out five in 3.1 innings against Ball State.

As a Sophomore (2020)
Went 1-0 with a 2.70 ERA in five appearances out of the bullpen...  Earned Kent State's first victory of the year after two scoreless innings of relief...  Posted four scoreless appearences out of the bullpen

As a Freshman
Saw action in 15 games out of the bullpen, striking out 22 in 22.1 innings of work...  Turned in a 1-1 recorded with a save...  Made his first collegiate appearance Feb. 16 at Dallas Baptist...  Struck out a career-high four Feb. 26 at Charleston Southern and April 26 at Ohio.

Before College
A three-year letterman in baseball and football at Southwest Florida Christian Academy...  Team was District Runner-Up in 2018 with a 23-6 record...  Named All-State and the SWFL Baseball Player of the Year in his senior season...  Had a .431 career batting average, totaling 72 RBIs, 90 runs and 20 home runs...  Finished with a career ERA of 2.50 with 194 strikeouts...  Also played for Florida Burn.

Born June 8, 2000...  Parents are Brian and Diana Rippl...  Has one brother, Sam...  Lists being name the 2018 SWFL Baseball Player of the Year as the achievement he is most proud of...  Lists his father as the person he admires most because he taught him to work hard in everything he does...  Earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business from Kent State...  Currently enrolled in the Entrepreneurship Graduate Program.
