Appeared in eight games with 8.0 innings pitched and three starts ... Posted a 1.12 ERA on the season ... Posted one inning against Florida State where he struck out two batters and did not give up any hits or runs (Mar. 30) ... Had one inning against Valparasio where he struck out two batters, did not give up a run, and only allowed one hit (Apr. 15) ... Starting against Purdue, he went three innings, in which he allowed no runs, no hits, and struck out three batters (Apr. 29) ... In 8.0 of work on the season only allowed one run, three hits, and struck out 10 batters ... Recorded four games with two or more strikeouts (vs. Florida State Mar. 30; vs. Valparaiso Apr. 15; vs. Purdue Apr. 29; and vs. Miami May 16) ....
