ASUN Pitcher of the Week (2/21/22)
Sunday starter for the Eagles, making 8 starts before injury shut him down for six weeks...  Went 4-0 with 2.89 ERA and 44 strikeouts in 37.1 innings pitched...  Threw 5.2 innings with a career-high 10 strikeouts against Cincinnati (Feb. 19) to earn the win...  Pitched 6.0 perfect innings against Seton Hall (March 6) with six strikeouts, picking up the win...  Earned the win against Stetson (March 20) with 5.0 innings of one-run ball while striking out six...  Struck out seven in 5.2 innings while allowing just one earned run against Jacksonville (March 27) to earn the win... Struck out two in a scoreless inning against Lipscomb (May 25) in the ASUN Tournament.

As a Freshman [2021] | Game-by-Game Stats
Appeared in 15 games, making one start on the mound...  Finished the season with a 7.78 ERA and 25 strikeouts in 19.1 innings pitched...  Earned the save against Kansas (Feb. 27) by throwing a scoreless inning with two strikeouts...  Struck out a season-high three batters in 1.2 scoreless innings against South Florida (March 14)

Played under coach Brett Simmermacher at East Ridge High School … Also played with Eric Lassiter’s Power Baseball travel team … District 8A Player of the Year (2019) … Earned his high school’s most improved award in 2017.

His guardian is Dwayne Maduro ... Has five siblings: Jahmir, Janiya, Quadir and Shucreah Victor, as well as Jaden Emmanuel … Chose FGCU because it provided better opportunities than the other schools that he was recruited by and felt that it was a great fit … Favorite sports moment was making a two-out, diving catch with the bases loaded … Sports management major.
