Knudstrup produced a career-year in 2017 with four goals and seven assists for the Eagles to claim ASUN All-Second Team honors … Appearing in all 19 matching while starting 18, Knudstrup was a vital part of FGCU’s success in 2017, helping the Green and Blue outscore opponents 50-14 … Recorded her first assists of the season against Eastern Michigan (Aug. 27) before tallying a goal and an assist against Webber International (Sept. 18) … Though not credited with an assist, Knudstrup played the ball that forced a mistake from the Arizona backline and allowed Varin Ness to produce the winner against the Wildcats (Sept. 8) … After scoring once and assisting on another at NJIT (Oct. 6), Knudstrup became the eighth player in program history to record three assists in one game at Jacksonville (Oct. 14) leading to ASUN Defensive Player of the Week honors … Followed that performance with a goal against UNF (Oct. 21) and an assist in the ASUN Semifinal opposite JU (Nov. 3) … Scored the equalizer in FGCU’s come-from-behind win in the ASUN Championship over Lipscomb (Nov. 5) … Featured in more than 1500 minutes, producing 15 points.

Member of the ASUN’s All-Academic Team … Solidified an FGCU defense that allowed an ASUN-best 17 goals in 2016 … Logged nearly 1700 minutes, including every minute in the final eight matches of the season.

Unanimous member of the Atlantic Sun’s All-Freshman Team … Only freshman to start all 22 games for FGCU in 2015 … Tallied her first career point, assisting on a goal in FGCU’s 4-3 loss to Cal State Fullerton (Sept. 4) … Scored her first collegiate goal against USC Upstate (Oct. 9) … Added three more assists: vs. UNF (Sept. 26), at NJIT (Oct. 18), and vs. Stetson (Nov. 6) in the A-Sun semifinal … Accumulated nearly 1900 minutes in her first season in Fort Myers.

Played four years of varsity soccer at George Jenkins High school under coaches Marissa Kazbour and Greg Winkler…scored 25 goals from the backline as a senior…named First Team All-County in 2014 and 2015…earned Second Team All-County in 2013 and honorable mention in 2012…National Honor Society member.
