  • ATMs
    • There is an ATM located on the west side of the Alico Arena lobby.
  • Bag Policy
  • Cameras/Video Cameras
    • Regular cameras are permitted by fans inside the facilities, but flash photography is strictly prohibited. Professional camera equipment and cameras with long telephoto lenses and video cameras are prohibited tems, unless properly credentialed.
    • Professional Cameras and Telephoto Lenses are prohibited in the FGCU Athletic Facilities, except by properly credentialed personnel.
  • Concessions
    • Alico Arena
      • Chartwell's Concessions Stands are located on the 1st level on both sides of the lobby. There is also a Concession Kiosk located on the Northwest side of the 2nd level concourse.
    • FGCU Soccer Complex
      • Chartwell’s and approved third party concessionaire vendors are located behind the main seating area of Pickering Field.
    • Swanson Stadium (Baseball) and FGCU Softball Complex
      • FGCU Athletics Concessions is located on the southeast corner of the OSC Building.
    • Tennis
      • Concessions are unavailable for FGCU Tennis matches.
  • ADA Seating |Additional ADA Information
    • Alico Arena
      • ADA seating is available on the 2nd Level Concourse behind Sections FF, KK, QQ, and VV.
      • The 2nd level concourse is accessible via an elevator located on the east side of the Arena adjacent to the lobby. Please follow the lobby signage to locate the elevator.
    • Swanson Stadium (Baseball)
      • ADA Seating is located underneath the Green Canopies, between the Dugouts and Press Box, on both the 1st and 3rd Base Side.
    • FGCU Softball Complex
      • ADA Seating is located underneath the main Grandstands, between the Dugouts and Press Box, on both the 1st and 3rd Base Side.
    • FGCU Soccer Complex
      • ADA Seating is located in wheelchair cutouts along the Westside Chair back seating sections.
    • FGCU Tennis Complex
      • ADA Seating is located in authorized areas next to each tennis court.

    • For emergencies at an FGCU Athletic Complex, please notify a nearby Event Staff member or University Police Officer.

  • Evacuation
    • If an evacuation is necessary, staff will utilize the public address system to inform patrons of the situation and give instructions as applicable. Additionally, event staff will be positioned throughout the facility to direct patrons as appropriate.

  • Fan Code of Conduct
    • FGCU and the Atlantic Sun Conference promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches, and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial, or sexist comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches, or team representatives will NOT be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • Eagle Fans' Code of Conduct
    • The growing and tremendous support of the Eagles' fans has become well-known throughout the Atlantic Sun Conference. FGCU image is not only shaped by student-athletes, coaches, students, staff, and faculty, but also by our fans at our home events and away events. Our goal is to create an environment to lend fervent support for FGCU and our Athletic teams while maintaining a safe and fun atmosphere for all players, coaches, officials, staff, and fans from all teams.
  • Prohibited Behavior
    • Threatening or inconsiderate behavior will not be tolerated. Profane, sexual, or abusive language, use of tobacco, fighting, and drunkenness is not acceptable and can result in ejection, citation, or even arrest. The throwing of objects in the stands or onto the court is not allowed and will result in immediate ejection. If you observe any of this behavior during a home FGCU Athletic event, please notify an Event Staff member in the Lime Green Shirts or a nearby Police Officer.
    • NCAA policy prevents fans from entering the playing venue unless they are escorted by an appropriate FGCU Staff member, or they are properly credentialed. Violators are subject to arrest.
  • Enforcement
    • FGCU Facilities and Operations, with the assistance of the University police department, are responsible for enforcement of the Fan Code of Conduct and reserve the right to remove any ticket holder and/or guest from the premises if they deem his or her conduct endangers or disrupts the players, coaches, officials, or fans.
    • Non-students are not affected by the Student Code of Conduct but are subject to arrest and prosecution under applicable laws and statutes. Season ticket holders are responsible for the behavior of anyone using their tickets and are subject to corrective action if the person(s) using their tickets violates the Fan Code of Conduct.
    • Students involved in prohibited behaviors as outlined in the Fan Code of Conduct are subject to disciplinary action through the Dean of Students and law enforcement. Students enjoy benefits and rights as members of the FGCU community and are subject to the responsibilities that come from their membership.
  • Food and Beverage
    • Outside Food and Beverages are NOT permitted inside FGCU Athletic Facilities. Chartwell provides concessions inside Alico Arena and most outdoor events.
  • Gates Open
    • Gates open one (1) hour before the scheduled start of each home FGCU Athletic event.
  • Hotels
  • Lost and Found
    • If you lose an item during an event or at an FGCU Athletic facility, please first check with the FGCU Ticket Office. If they are not with the FGCU Ticket Office, then please check with the University Police Department. All lost and found Items from the FGCU Athletic Facilities are turned in to the Ticket Office or the University Police Department.

  • Lost Children
    • Please report all lost children to the nearest usher, who will report the lost children to the correct Game Day Official.
  • Merchandise
    • To purchase official game day attire and other Eagle Athletics items, please visit the University Bookstore on campus or select FGCU Athletic Events. You may also order Eagle Gear online at the University Bookstore.
  • Noisemakers
    • The Atlantic Sun and the NCAA prohibit all artificial noisemakers from being brought inside the facility. Artificial Noisemakers and all other prohibited items will be confiscated.
  • Parking
    • *When a parking staff is absent, the University parking policies are still in effect, and violators are subject to citation.
    • Alico Arena - Basketball
      • Parking for Basketball will be directed by the University Police Department and FGCU Athletics' Facilities and Operations Event Staff.
        • ADA Parking - The first section in the Alico Arena parking lot is reserved for parking of those with ADA placards.
        • VIP Parking - VIP Parking is located in the second section of the Alico Arena Parking Lot.
        • Additional reserved parking is available for Eagles Club members. For inquiries about Preferred Parking, please contact Matt Ring, (239) 745-4434.
        • General Parking - general parking will be directed to adjacent lots which are located around the FGCU Athletic Complex.
    • Alico Arena - Volleyball
      • Parking for Volleyball is based on a first come, first serve basis.
        • ADA Parking - located in the 1st row of the Alico Arena Parking Lot.
        • General Parking - located in the Alico Arena Parking, Tennis Courts, and Auxiliary Parking Lots.
        • No VIP Parking for Volleyball Matches.
    • Swanson Stadium and FGCU Soccer Complex
      • Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
        • ADA Parking - located in the 1st row of the Alico Arena Parking Lot.
        • General Parking - located in the Alico Arena Parking, Tennis Courts, and Auxiliary Parking Lots.
        • VIP Parking is located in the OSC Parking Lot. Please check in with the parking attendant located at the OSC Access Road.
    • FGCU Softball Stadium
      • Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
        • ADA Parking - located in the Outdoor Sports Complex Parking Area and ADA patrons should check in with the Parking attendant at the OSC Access Road before heading to the stadium. Overflow ADA parking is located in the 1st row of the Alico Arena Parking Lot.
        • General Parking - located in the Alico Arena Parking, Tennis Courts, and Auxiliary Parking Lots.
        • VIP Parking is located in the OSC Parking Lot. Please check in with the parking attendant located at the OSC Access Road.
    • FGCU Tennis Complex
      • Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
        • All parking is located in the FGCU Tennis Court Parking lot.

  • Publications - Game Day
    • Game Day Programs will be available at each FGCU Athletic Event and will be located at the FGCU Marketing & Promotions table.
    • Digital programs will be available to scan throughout Alico Arena.

  • Recycling
    • Florida Gulf Coast University is an environmental campus and proper recycling is an important initiative of the University. FGCU Athletics shares in this initiative. At each FGCU sporting venue, blue recycling cans and recycling information will be positioned throughout the facility. Please help keep our facilities clean and use the correct trash and recycling receptacles to dispose of trash. "USE THE RIGHT CAN, EAGLE FAN!"
  • Re-entry Policy
    • Re-entry is allowed into all FGCU Athletic facilities. Fans should retain their ticket stub to be allowed re-entry into a facility.
  • Smoking and Tobacco Policy
    • All smoking and tobacco is prohibited inside the Athletic Facilities.
    • Smoking and Tobacco use is permitted only at designated smoking locations around the FGCU Athletic Complex grounds.
  • Social Media
  • Solicitation
    • Florida Gulf Coast University does not permit unauthorized soliciting, collecting of contributions, vending, and distribution of fliers or other promotional/advertising materials on FGCU grounds. Please contact the Director of Facilities and Operations for information on how to solicit at FGCU Athletic events.
  • Tailgating
    • Tailgating at Florida Gulf Coast University Sporting Events offers a special time for family, friends, and alumni to gather on campus to celebrate the Eagles in a fun, secure environment. With celebration comes responsibility. To ensure that all the Eagles' fans have a safe and memorable experience, we ask that you please adhere to the following guidelines while on campus.
      • Locations
        • Please contact the Associate AD, Athletic Operations for approved tailgating locations.
        • Timing
          • Tailgating activities are permitted two hours before the event start time.
          • Tailgating is NOT allowed once the contest commences or after the conclusion of the events and it is NOT allowed once the contest begins or after the conclusion of the events.
        • Parking
          • Parking spaces are not allowed to be reserved.
          • Vehicles will be parked as they arrive on a first-come, first-served basis.
          • Vehicles must occupy a single parking space and may not obstruct the free flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
          • Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
          • Vehicles may not be parked in the grass area for tailgating outside the FGCU Soccer Stadium.
        • Equipment
          • Personal tents/canopies must be authorized by FGCU Athletics' Director of Facilities and Operations.
          • Couches and indoor furniture are not permitted outdoors.
          • Propane cooking grills must be authorized. Open flame (charcoal grills) is not permitted.
          • No box trucks, trailers, or grills in tow; no golf carts or motorized scooters; generators, home speakers, or DJs are not allowed unless authorized by Athletics Facilities and Operations.
        • Food and Beverage
          • Only authorized vendors and caterers may distribute food and beverages on campus.
          • The possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages are prohibited. FGCU has a no-tolerance policy for alcohol on campus and tailgaters are subject to prosecution by UPD and other authorized personnel. Individuals are responsible for their behavior.
            • To apply for an alcohol permit please contact FGCU Athletics' Director of Facilities and Operations department at 239-590-7096.
        • Prohibited Items
          • No glass containers are permitted at tailgate functions. Such items will be confiscated and destroyed.
          • Law Enforcement will be present at all events in the Arena and on call for events occurring at the outdoor athletic facilities. They will be on the lookout for people displaying intoxicated behavior. Officers, ticket takers, and other authorized personnel reserve the right to refuse entrance to the arena for intoxicated persons. If an individual is found to be in possession of alcohol inside the arena or on the grounds at an outdoor athletics facility, they are subject to arrest and will be ejected from the arena or outdoor athletic facility.
          • Alcohol, coolers, backpacks, carry bags, artificial noisemaking devices, food and drink containers, bottles, cans, thermoses ice bags, large flags, and any item(s) deemed hazardous by law enforcement are not permitted in Alico Arena or within the fenced areas of the outdoor athletic facilities. All purses and waist bags are subject to search at any time. All prohibited items must be returned to vehicles or disposed of before entering the arena or fenced area of the outdoor athletic facilities.
          • The unlawful possession, distribution, or use of any drug or controlled substance is prohibited on the FGCU campus. Violators of this policy shall be subject to the full measure of city, state, and federal laws as well as university disciplinary action.
        • General Rules
          • Please show respect for all University property and all of the fans around you. Drunkenness, vandalism, obscene or harassing behavior, and violence (or threats of violence) will not be tolerated and should be reported to the nearest law enforcement official or Athletic Facilities and Operations personnel.
          • All fans are expected to clean up their trash and recycle in the appropriate receptacles. Trash cans and recycling cans are located throughout campus and around FGCU Athletic Facilities for your convenience.

  • Tickets and Ticket Office
    • For all information about tickets and ticket operations, please contact the FGCU Ticket Office by:
      • Visiting the Main Ticket Box Office (West Box Office Windows in front of Alico Arena) during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm, excluding Holidays.
      • Visit the FGCU Ticket Office Website.

  • On Event Days, the FGCU Ticket Office and Will Call open one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start of the event.
  • Trash
    • Please help keep our Athletic Facilities clean by doing your part and throwing away your trash in trash cans and recycling receptacles located throughout all of our Athletic Facilities.
