FORT MYERS, Fla. – Head coach
Pat Chambers signed transfer forward Isaiah Malone from the University of Saint Francis to the 2025-26 roster.
"We're thrilled to welcome Isaiah Malone to the family," said Chambers. "He brings size, athleticism, and a serious approach to both the game and the classroom. He's a high-character young man who's committed to earning his degree and doing things the right way. He's the kind of player—and person—we want representing this program."
The six-foot-eight forward from LaGrange, Indiana, spent the last two seasons with NAIA University of Saint Francis, averaging 16.2 points per game a season ago, helping USF reach the NAIA Second Round.
The Prairie Heights High School product led with 18 points, nine rebounds and two blocks in the second-round effort. Saint Francis took down four top 25 programs in 2024-25 and went 18-13 overall.
Malone was named an All-Crossroads League First Team honoree last season, leading the team in rebounds per game with 7.7. His 16.2 points per game ranked second on the team, tallying 486 points in a breakout year. He averaged 8.0 points during his freshman campaign and as a sophomore, the all-conference selection reached double figures eight times with a season high of 20 points at Goshen.
In two years with the Cougars, he played in 58 games, starting in 45 of those contests. Malone registered over 100 blocks, grabbed 373 rebounds and scored more than 700 points in those two seasons. Malone averaged 1.8 blocks last season as the Cougars' rim protector. He holds a career shooting percentage of 65 percent and 44.6 percent from long range.
