FORT MYERS, Fla. – Florida Gulf Coast University swimming and diving head coach Dave Rollins has announced the 2023-24 schedule for the program.
FGCU will compete in nine regular season meets, hosting four at the Lee County/FGCU Aquatics Center.
"We are excited to get our inaugural ASUN season started," Rollins said. "Feels great to be under the same banner as all our fellow Eagles, and we are looking forward to contributing to the Green & Blue's long standing history of ASUN excellence."
The Eagles begin the season in home waters Friday, Oct. 13, with a duel meet with Bellarmine and Florida Atlantic. FGCU continues its battle against Bellarmine the following day.
Next, FGCU soars north to Cleveland, Ohio to take part in the Magnus Cup, hosted by Cleveland State Nov. 16-18.
FGCU returns to the Sunshine State Dec. 17 for FIU's CSCAA Open Water Nationals in Miami.
The Green & Blue rings in the new year Jan. 8 by welcoming both Miami and Colorado State to the City of Palms.
FGCU's first-ever ASUN conference meet is Jan. 12 at North Florida. The Green & Blue said farewell to the CCSA to join the ASUN as the conference now sponsors the sport. FGCU travels to Georgia Southern Jan. 13 and FIU again Jan. 20.
Senior Day is Feb. 3 at noon against North Florida.
The inaugural ASUN Championship for swimming and diving is scheduled for Feb. 21-24 in Knoxville, Tennessee.
