Head coach
Neal Studd won the Women's Swimming Coach of the Year award for the fifth time in his career after the Eagles had another dominating season that saw records crumble.
"Just a great feeling to win again," said Studd. "The girls deserve this, they have had an outstanding year. They stayed focused all year and worked so hard for this. I am so proud of them! I am so happy that we have so many girls going to the NCAA finals and just in the manner that we swam this week. Emma [Svensson] won both individual awards tonight and she deserves everything she gets, the "unicorn" as we call her is special and rare! Getting coach of the year is a nice award for all of the staff. I want to thank (staff members) Amanda, Pieter, David, Chris, Garth, Jennifer, Randy and Eric. Now on to the NCAA finals. These girls have more to come!"
