Biography

As A Senior (2018-19)
CSCAA Honorable Mention Scholar All-American… CCSA Swimmer of the Week twice during the season… three-time finalist at the 2019 CCSA Championships, 200 fly (second, 1:58.99), 100 fly (third, 54.06), third, 200 yard individual medley (2:01.86)… Became the first swimmer in FGCU history to have medaled in every single race she has competed at the CCSA Championships.

As A Junior (2017-18)
CSCAA Scholar All-American First Team Honors … Three-time individual finalist at the CCSA Championships; placing second in both the 200 fly (1:57.18) and the 200 IM (2:01.71), captured 1st-place in the 100 fly in a personal best and NCAA ‘B’ standard time of 53.27, placing her third in the FGCU record book… Time-trialed the 200 fly at the start of CCSA’s to clock a new personal best and NCAA ‘B’ standard time of 1:55.55 giving her a new school and conference record… Competed at the NCAA Swimming Championships in the 100 and 200 fly… Recorded 17 top-3 finishes throughout the season.

As A Sophomore (2016-17)
Became the fourth consecutive Eagle to take home CCSA Women’s Swimmer of the Year honors … was also named the Most Outstanding Female Swimmer of the CCSA Championships and earned CCSA All-Conference recognition after winning the conference crown in the 100 fly (53.53 seconds) and 200 IM (1:59.65) … her time in both events were personal records and the fastest on the team during the season … they also ranked 4th and 3rd, respectively, in FGCU program history … tabbed CSCAA First Team Scholar All-American with 3.5 GPA or higher and NCAA Championship appearance ... placed 2nd in the 200 fly with a time of 1:57.10 at the CCSA Championship meet … recorded a time of 1:56.24 at the CCSA Championship time trial and broke the FGCU and CCSA record while also qualifying for the NCAA Championship meet … set the FGCU record on three occasions during the season … competed in the 100 fly, 200 fly and 200 IM and the NCAA Championships … was also a member of the conference champion 400 medley relay (3:38.16) … turned in a total of 14 NCAA ‘B’ cuts … was named the CCSA Swimmer of the Week on three occasions throughout the season.

As A Freshman (2015-16)
Earned CCSA All-Conference recognition as the conference champion in the 200 fly (1:57.63) to go along with a runner-up finish in the 400 IM (4:16.73) and 3rd-place finish in the 200 IM (2:00.65) … set the FGCU record in the 200 fly with a time of 1:57.56 at the Last Chance Meet … also clocked NCAA ‘B’ cut times in the 100 fly, 200 fly, 200 IM and 400 IM but finished just outside of the NCAA Championship cut line … recorded six of the program’s top-eight times in the 200 fly this season … tallied four individual wins on the season, all coming in the 200 fly … also holds the second-best time in FGCU history in the 400 IM … received CCSA All-Academic honors.

High School
Won the 100m IM at the Eastern Championships in 2014 in a time of 1:04.26 … finished third in the 100m IM with a time of 1:02.94 during the 2014 Danish Short Course Championships … turned in personal-best 200-meter butterfly times of 2:12.98 (short course) and 2:15.38 (long course) at nationals ... won a Danish National Championship ... attended Ordrup Gymnasium.

Personal
Daughter of Charlotte and Soeren Kass Elmgreen ... has one brother, Andreas ... soccer is her favorite sport to watch ... Ryan Lochte is her favorite athlete.
