Biography
Transferred to FGCU from Division-II Nova Southeastern in the fall of 2018 ... Will have three seasons of eligibility with FGCU, beginning as a redshirt sophomore in 2019-20 after sitting out the 2018-19 year in accordance with NCAA transfer rules.
As A Redshirt Sophomore [FGCU, 2019-20]:
Played in 18 games during the season averaging 4.5 points and 2.8 rebounds … Missed the start of the season due to injury as well as other portions after returning to the line-up … Averaged 14.7 minutes overall … Made is FGCU debut against Florida Tech (11/26) … Against Campbell (12/1) had the team’s first double-double of the season with 13 points and 12 rebounds – both career-best totals … Had a career-high 16 points going 5-of-9 from the field and 3-of-4 from deep against North Alabama (2/29) … Finished his FGCU career with 81 points, 50 rebounds, 13 assists and 10 steals over the 18 games played.

Averaged 17.1 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game ... Sunshine State Conference Freshman of the Year ... All-SSC Newcomer Team – the only freshman on the five-person squad (three juniors and one senior) ... Third-highest scoring first-year D-II player in the nation ... Topped the 20-point mark a dozen times for the league’s highest-scoring offense, including a career-high 32-point effort against Florida Tech (12/7) ... Led Nova Southeastern with 50 three-pointers on the year at a 43.5-percent clip, in addition to ranking third in the SSC with an 86.6-percent clip from the free-throw line ... Played in 26-of-27 games for the Sharks, making 15 starts – including each of the final 10 contests of the year ... Averaged 18.9 points and 5.9 rebounds in those 10 outings, including a 30-point, 7-rebound performance in 39 minutes in the season finale ... Shot an impressive 49.2-percent rate from the floor, in addition to averaging 1.5 assists and 1.4 steals per game.

First Team All-Broward County selection as a senior at Pembroke Pines Charter – the same Fort Lauderdale-area school which Hardy’s former teammate Haanif Cheatham attended – averaging 26 points, eight rebounds and four assists per game.
