As part of our ongoing process of assuring we are following NCAA rules and suggested guidelines for agent/student-athlete interactions, we are now requiring any agency or individual that wishes to have contact with our student-athletes to register with the Compliance Office. Any agent that wishes to speak with a FGCU student-athlete in regards to representing them in potential future professional sports activities must first register.
