Press/Photo Credentials
When requesting credentials, we urge you to do so at least 24-48 hours in advance. Media regularly assigned to cover FGCU and the visiting school will receive top priority. Credentials can be picked up from the Alico Arena Will Call window Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and beginning one hour before ticketed events. Credentials can also be picked up from the Athletics Communications office by special request. Media outlets wishing to have credentials, parking passes, etc. mailed to them must provide a FedEx or UPS account number.

Designated areas for photographers have been marked on each baseline for basketball, and all photographers and videographers must remain within the designated areas. Please see a member of the Athletics Communication Staff regarding photo restrictions for events other than basketball.

Credentials For Postseason Events
Credentials for postseason events are issued separately from regular season credentials. Procedures vary by sport. Please contact a member of the FGCU Athletics Communications Staff to request credentials for any non-regular season events.

Basketball Press Row Seating
There is limited press seating at FGCU's various athletic facilities but every effort will be made to provide a working space of some kind to all credentialed media.

Media Parking
Reserved parking for members of the working media covering FGCU events is available with advance notice. When requesting media parking permits, we urge you to do so at least 48 hours in advance by contacting the appropriate Athletics Communications staff member via the email addresses above.

Live Remotes
Due to current space and parking limitations within the Athletic Complex, we request notice at least 24-48 hours in advance for live remotes from all FGCU Athletics events and facilities. We will gladly accommodate all reasonable requests whenever possible. Please contact the appropriate Athletics Communications staff member so we can facilitate your request and issue required media credentials and parking permits.

Email Service
Every press release that is distributed by FGCU Athletics is available via email. This includes release copy, and PDF-formatted game notes, PDF-formatted stats and other pertinent information. To be added to the distribution list, please send an email request to the appropriate contact listed above.

Interviews
All interviews must be scheduled through the Athletics Communications Department. In making interview requests, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Advance notice will help ensure that your request will be handled efficiently. Players may not be interviewed pregame once they enter the athletic complex.

Post-Event Interview Policy
Head coaches and select student-athletes will be available for post-game interviews after a 10-minute "cooling off" period as prescribed by the NCAA. Note: This policy does not directly apply to network television and/or radio interviews.

All home basketball games will be followed by a post-game press conference with the head coach and select home players, with visiting-team coaches and players upon request. The postgame press conference will take place in the Hillmyer-Tremont Suite or other designated area that will be communicated to all media in attendance, and will begin ASAP following the completion of each home game and cooling-off period. To request to speak to any specific team personnel (aside from the head coach), please submit your request to the appropriate Athletic Communications staff member prior to the conclusion of the contest. We request that you limit all game-day interviews to this press conference unless prior arrangements have been made with our communications staff.

See the visiting Sports Information Director regarding interviews with members of their coaching staff or players for all events not ending in a post-game press conference.

Practice Coverage
Most practice sessions are open to media coverage but require advance request to the appropriate Athletics Communications staff member listed above with no less than 24 hours notice.
