A four-year letterwinner at Pebblebrook High School coached by George Washington ... PHS, which also produced 2018 NBA draft pick Collin Sexton (Cleveland) has been ranked by MaxPreps.com as one of Georgia's top 10 basketball programs each of the last six years, and the team ascended to as high as No. 3 in the state and No. 50 nationally during Harper's junior year ... Harper helped the team advance to the Elite Eight of the state tournament  for three consecutive seasons with an overall record of 67-21 and two region championships during that span ... Averaged 20.7 points per game, 4.8 rebounds per game, 4.3 assists per game and 2.1 steals per game as a senior ... Selected as an all-state honorable mention by the Atlanta Tipoff Club ... Born March 28, 2000 ... Son of Patrick and Erica Harper ... Father coaches at Pebblebrook and is also very active on the AAU circuit in the state of Georgia ... Also the younger brother of former Auburn standout Jared Harper who led the Tigers to the 2019 NCAA Final Four – their first appearance in school history – after landing Midwest Regional Most Valuable Player laurels ... Jared declared for the 2019 NBA Draft after becoming just the third player in Auburn history with 1,000 career points and 500 assists ... Father played basketball at Elizabeth City State University ... Talent outside of basketball is playing the piano ... Majoring in integrated studies.
