As A Senior (2018-19)
CCSA Swimmer of the Year… CSCAA Honorable Mention Scholar All-American... Two-Time CCSA Swimmer of the Week… Most Outstanding Female Swimmer of the Meet for a second straight year Captured three individual titles at the 2019 CCSA Championships, 50 free (22.65), 100 fly (53.12) and 100 free (49.10)…Contributed to a trio of relay championships (200-free, 400-free and 200-medley)… Her 100 fly time (53.12) was the second-fastest in school history (2016, 52.47, Fanny Teijonsalo).
As a Junior (2017-18)
CCSA Most Outstanding Swimmer of the meet... CSCAA Scholar All-American... CCSA Swimmer of the Week (Oct. 10).. Earned her best times at the CCSA Championship with 22.55 in the 50-yard freestyle (1st-place), 48.92 in the 100-yard freestyle (1st-place), and 53.96 in the 100 -yard butterfly... Posted five first-place finishes against Rutgers... Earned an individual win against #15 Florida in the 50-yard backstroke... Paced the Green and Blue taking two events versus North Florida and Campbell to open up CCSA action...
As A Sophomore (2016-2017)
Named CSCAA All-American after finishing 15th in the country in the school record breaking 200 free relay (1:28.76) at the 2017 NCAA Swimming Championships … earned CCSA All-Conference honors after finishing 3rd in the 50 free with a NCAA ‘B’ cut time of 22.66 seconds … placed 4th in the 100 free at the conference meet with NCAA 'B' cut of 49.99 seconds … both were lifetime best swims … paired with Latham, Redding and Burdge to set the school record in the 400 free relay (3:17.83) at the CCSA Championships … was also a member of the conference champion 800 free relay that turned in a season-best time of 7:15.54 … swam a season best 1:51.67 in the 200 freestyle at the Georgia Tech Invite (Nov. 18)
Transferred to FGCU after spending her freshman season at FSU.
As a Freshman at FSU (2015-16)
Placed fifth in the 100 fly at the All-Florida Invite (56.67) and seventh in the 200 fly (2:06.98) ... helped the 200 medley relay get third and the 200 free relay place fourth at the SMU Classic ... made the C final of the 50 free (23.30) and 100 free (50.69) at the Georgia Invite ... placed third in the 100 fly against Louisville (56.49).
High School
Finished 5th in the 50 free and 7th in the 100 fly at the 2014 FSHAA State Championships ... a junior and senior national qualifier in the 50, 100 and 200 free events as well as the 100 and 200 fly races while representing Highlander Aquatics where she was coached by Michael Curley ... also a member of the 4x100 free relay that placed in the top eight at Winter Junior Nationals in 2014.

Born Sept. 24, 1997 … daughter of Mike and Diane Redding … has three siblings, Sophie, Lily and Jack … sports management major … favorite athlete is Michael Phelps … favorite sports moment is Jason Lezak’s anchoring leg in the 4x100 free relay at the 2008 Beijing Olympics … favorite sports movie is Remember the Titans.
