FORT MYERS, Fla. - Florida Gulf Coast University men's tennis won the 2024-25 ITA Community Service Award for the Southeast Region, the organization announced today.

The award honors a team that gives back to their campus and their community through tennis and non-tennis pathways.

It is the first ITA team award FGCU men's tennis has won but individually the Eagles have excelled in earning awards for high character. In 2020, Marcelo Tebet won the Arthur Ashe Jr. Leadership & Sportsmanship and Rafael Osuna Sportsmanship awards. In 2014, Jordi Vives won the Arthur Ashe Jr. Leadership & Sportsmanship award.
