Eagles Finish Action at South Florida Diving Invitational

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - The Florida Gulf Coast University women's diving team finished up competition at the South Florida Diving Invitational from the Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Complex on Friday afternoon.

How It Happened
Alexandra Andueza led the way for the Eagles, placing sixth with a score of 191.35 for the platform dive. Andueza's score is now the fifth best score in school history. Brianna Rodetsky placed eighth with a score of 183.75. Rodetsky matched her score from last year, and remains the sixth best score in school history. Sydney Joiner placed thirteenth with a score of 158.00, and Rylie Darkatsh placed sixteenth with a score of 136.05. Overall, the Eagles divers performed well at their first platform meet of the season.

What's Next
The Eagles head to Houston for three days of competition at the Phill Hansel Invitational, November 19–21.
