Sebastian Gamboa produced a runner-up performance Tuesday as an individual at the 2024 Milton Makeup in Miami Shores, Florida.

Gamboa turned in a career-low, six-under 65 in Tuesday's final round to surge up the leaderboard. The 65 tied the lowest round by any golfer at the two-day event, and the also marked lowest any Eagle has recorded this season.

Gamboa began his third round with two bogeys but would either par or birdie the rest of the way, including sinking four birdies in a row. Gamoba finished nine-under for the tournament, opening the event with a three-under 68 and then followed with an even 71. He sat in seventh place heading into Tuesday.

Christian Figueredo placed third, just one stroke behind teammate Gamboa. Figueredo carded an under-par round in all three rounds, with his best coming in round one sparked by a four-under-67 performance.

Sacha Ruiz and Nolan Harper also participated in the event as individuals for the Eagles, finishing 10th and 17th respectively.

FGCU returns to the course as a team on Oct. 28-29 to compete in The Clerico in Tulsa, Oklahoma, hosted by Oral Roberts University.
