FORT MYERS, Fla. – Florida Gulf Coast University men's golf returns to the course Monday and Tuesday for the Bearcat Invitational, hosted by the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Sixteen programs will converge at Coldstream Country Club. Participating teams include Arkansas State, BYU, Chattanooga, FGCU, Illinois State, Jacksonville, Little Rock, Louisville, Memphis, Middle Tennessee, Nebraska, Sam Houston, Southern Miss, UNCG, UCF and Virginia Tech. Coldstream Country Club presents a 7,279-yard, par-71 course.
The Eagles are set to tee off Monday starting at 9 a.m. Thirty-six holes are scheduled for Monday's action with the final round of the two-day event set for Tuesday.
Live scoring will be available through Golfstat. Austin Cherichella, Matt Millar, Evan Thompson, Joseph Sullivan and Sebastian Gamboa round out the projected starting five for the Eagles.
Sullivan is fresh off an individual title at the Valero Texas Collegiate, earning Co-ASUN Player of the Week honors. As a team, the Eagles began the fall campaign with a seventh-place effort.
