FORT MYERS, Fla. – Six iconic individuals who wrote their place in FGCU athletics history with excellence on the field, court, and course will be inducted to the FGCU Athletics Hall of Fame as the Class of 2023, the school announced.

Women's basketball's Kate (Schrader) Bruce, baseball's Richard Bleier and Casey Coleman, two-sport star (softball and volleyball) Cheyenne Jenks, softball's Carmen (Paez) Jimenez, and golfer Derek Lamely make up the second class in the FGCU Hall of Fame, having done their part in the Green & Blue's first decade of existence to pave the way for the success the current Eagles are enjoying.
