DELAND, Fla. - The FGCU men's tennis match between the No. 1 Eagles and No. 4 Kennesaw State was suspended earlier this afternoon due to weather. The weather has affected the overall schedule of the 2019 ASUN Men's Tennis Championship.
FGCU was up 1-0 after clinching the doubles point at the time that the weather made the semifinal match unplayable at Stetson's Mandy Stoll Tennis Center.
Beginning on Saturday at 9 a.m., the Green and Blue will pick up the match against the Owls right where it was left off. The semi between No. 2 Liberty and No. 3 UNF will resume at that point, as well.
The final round of the championship, which was originally slated for 1 p.m. on Saturday, will now be played at 10 a.m. on Sunday.
