RPI WATCH
Regardless of the tournament winner, it will be a tough path ahead. This week's ASUN Championship will feature four programs in the top-70 of the RPI. In the poll released Monday morning, FGCU leaped five spots to #33 in the nation to lead the ASUN. Kennesaw State (41), Lipscomb (51) and USC Upstate (69) rounded out the ASUN squads in the top-70. As of now, the conference is rated the sixth-best conference in the country. At the conclusion of the 2017 season, the ASUN boasted the 5th highest conference RPI, at one point being ranked as high as 4th in the nation.
