@FGCU_MGolf Wins FAU Dual Behind Renegar’s 66

JUPITER, Fla.What began as a four-team match play championship eventually ended up being a head-to-head dual match between FGCU and FAU over the weekend of Oct. 1-2, with the Eagles winning thanks to a 273 total (-15) compared with the Owls' 276 total (-12).

Play was canceled midway through the second round on Sunday, Oct. 2, because of weather and the coaches decided to revert back to Saturday's scores, which were contested originally in threesomes with Stetson golfers also included. However, the Hatters, and Bethune-Cookman – which was scheduled to compete but did not show up – did not have their scores count, thus resulting in the dual match.

FGCU's Grant Renegar fired a 6-under 66 at Abacoa Golf Club to finish as the low man. Below are complete results.
