FGCU Athletics Hall of Fame Nominaton Form

Selection for the honor of an individual student-athlete may not be made until at least ten (10) years following final FGCU athletic participation or eligibility to compete, whichever comes last. Consideration for induction now includes former student-athletes who completed their respective playing careers during the 2015-16 academic year. Selection for the honor of a team may not be made until at least twenty (20) years following the completion of the season being recognized.
