AS A FRESHMAN (2025)
Appeared in 16 matches and 38 sets for FGCU during the 2025 season… racked up 87 kills on a .283 hitting percentage, adding 19 digs, 3 assists, 2 service aces and 14.0 total blocks… posted a season-high 20 kills and a season-best 21.5 points against FIU on October 21… turned in double-digit kills in five matches, including a 12-kill outing at Austin Peay on October 19… added a season-high 6 digs and 3 assists in that same Austin Peay match on October 19… served a season-high 2 aces against North Florida on October 24.

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Ursuline Academy in Loveland, Ohio… Collected over 1,000 kills and 360 digs in high school… In 2024, she totaled 379 kills, 227 digs and 67 aces while hitting .245 over 52 matches... Notched 21 kills in her final high school match... Played club volleyball for Elevation under coach Nick Toth... Her favorite high school moment was winning the state championship her sophomore year.

PERSONAL
Daughter of Gregg and Monica Gielas... Has two siblings, Emma and Ryan... Chose FGCU for its amazing volleyball program and beautiful campus... Something no one really knows about her is that she loves to read... Would like to meet Jason Aldean, one of her favorite music artists... Her sister played volleyball at the University at Buffalo... Aspires to push herself to be the best she can be and to be part of the reason volleyball becomes more televised... Majoring in Health Sciences.
