Serrano finished her career as the top block producer in program and ASUN history. While she finished sixth in program history for kills with 827, the middle blocker tallied an ASUN record 483 total blocks and finished 11th in conference history in hitting percentage at .338. She holds the program’s career records for solo blocks (73), block assists (410) and total blocks. Her 1.09 career blocks per set ranks second. Furthermore, her three career ASUN Defensive Player of the Week selections is second-most in program history and tied for fifth-most in ASUN history. She joined Maggie Rick (four-time) and Amanda Carroll (three-time) as one of just three players in program history to be at least a three-time all-conference selection. In the summer of 2020, Serrano was selected to the ASUN's All-Decade Team (2010-19).

Had a breakout sophomore campaign that led to a spot among the conference’s best players … Finished third on the team with 236 kills while hitting an ASUN-best .346, which was the fifth-best percentage in the program’s Division-I era … her 24 solo blocks is tied for the most among all players in the program’s Division-I era … In one fewer match, she tallied 82 more kills and 15 more solo blocks than she did as a rookie … In 32 matches, she tallied at least 10 kills eight times, including a season-high 14 against Bethune-Cookman on Oct. 17 and Jacksonville on Oct. 28 … On Oct. 27, she produced nine block assists along with her 11 kills against North Florida.
