As A Senior (2014-15)Named to the

A-Sun Academic All-Conference honors … named to the 2015 A-Sun Winners for Life Team … playing in the gruesome No. 1 singles during the season’s dual matches, Means went 3-3 in the A-Sun and held and overall record of 5-14 … After facing a number of nationally-ranked team's No. 1 players, Means turned the season around in conference play, beating Isabel Von Stryk of USC Upstate, 6-3, 6-2, Hailey Shanahan of NKU, 6-0, 6-1, and Hannah Gamage of Lipscomb, 6-3, 6-1 … The senior partnered with Elizabeth Means for doubles play and went 3-1 in A-Sun doubles play with an overall record of 10-5, all from the No. 1 doubles slot … overall record of 6-18 her senior year.
As A Junior (2013-14)Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Award FinalistsNamed as one of 16 finalists for the Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Award … was named Atlantic Sun Player of the Week on Jan. 22 after opening the season with a No. 1 singles win over Iowa State and collecting the Flight A singles title at the FGCU Spring Invitational … finished the season with a 10-10 dual-match record playing No. 1 singles with a 3-5 mark in conference play … playing with her sister Elizabeth in the No. 1 double spot all season, finished with a 8-11 record overall and 3-5 against A-Sun doubles pairs … put together a four-match win streak in one doubles that began vs. ETSU (Mar. 14) and was snapped by UNF (Mar. 21).
As a Sophomore (2012-13)A-Sun All-Conference TeamsA-Sun All-Academic Team Named to the Atlantic Sun All-Conference second team at the No. 1 singlers position and was also named to the Academic All-Atlantic Sun Conference Team with a 3.96 GPA in Pre-Management ... Was named A-Sun Player of the Week on Mar. 20 for her first career A-Sun Player of the Week Honor after going 3-0 at the No. 1 singles spot and 3-0 at the No. 3 doubles spot to help FGCU to a 2-0 start to A-Sun play ... Posted an 8-9 record in the No. 1 singles spot and went 4-3 at that spot in conference play ... Playing with her sister Elizabeth in the No. 3 double spot all season, finished with a 10-5 record overall and 5-3 against A-Sun doubles pairs ... Went on a five match win streak in singles that began against Lipscomb (Mar. 14) and ended to ETSU (Mar. 30) ... Put together a six match doubles win streak that began vs. Lipscomb (Mar. 14) and was snapped by ETSU (Mar. 30), while sweeping two matches, 8-0 ... Won in the No. 1 singles position in the A-Sun Championship quarterfinals vs. No. 4 seed Stetson (Apr. 19) and in the No. 3 doubles spot.
As a Freshman (2011-12)A-Sun All-Conference Teams Named to the Atlantic Sun All-Conference second team … selected to the A-Sun All-Freshmen team … competed in all 21 dual matches earning a 9-11 record, including a 5-4 A-Sun mark at No. 1 singles … in doubles had a 12-8 record with Bettina Botha and a 5-3 A-Sun mark … picked up 13 overall doubles victories and finished the season on a four-match winning streak with wins against Lipscomb, Belmont, Jacksonville and ETSU ... defeated Iowa State’s Ksenia Pronina, 7-6 (7-5), 7-6 (7-4), at the FGCU Invitational … had three non-conference wins against Katarina Szaboova (Bethune-Cookman), Genevieve Lorbergs (UCF) and Mikelle Mancini (Villanova) … picked up nine wins at No. 1 singles and five against A-Sun opponents Lucie Payrat (Mercer), Aline Staudy (Jacksonville), Sara Lazarevic (Stetson), Alyssa Bellini (Lipscomb) and Nikki Maciel (Belmont) ... was part of a 4-3 comeback win against Stetson by defeating Lazarevic in straight sets … helped the Eagles earn a No. 3 seed in their first-ever A-Sun tournament.
High SchoolTurned in a solid senior season at Wiregrass Ranch High School, teaming with her sister Elizabeth to win the Florida Class 3A State doubles title … finished second in the No. 1 singles bracket … cruised through the No. 1 doubles tournament, winning every set, including a 6-2, 6-4 triumph in the final while paired with her sister.
