Biography

As a Junior (2021-22)
Won four golds as part of Eagle relay teams at the CCSA Championships, anchoring the 200 medley relay, the 200 free relay, the 400 medley relay, and the 400 free relay... Won an individual bronze medal in the 50 free (22.83) at the CCSAs...  Also finished fourth in the 100 free (50.39) and fifth in the 100 breast (1:02.82) at the CCSAs... Swam personal-bests in the 50 free (22.81) and 100 breast (1:02.52) at the Eagle Invitational (Nov. 18-20), putting her in the top-10 in FGCU history in both events...  Won the 50 free, 100 free, and anchored the winning 200 free and 400 free relay teams at the Eagle Invitational, while also finishing second in the 100 breast...  Placed fifth in the 50 free and seventh in the 100 free against FIU (Nov. 6)...  Finished fourth in the 50 free and sixth in both the 50 and 100 breast at the UNF Invitational (Sept. 25). 

As a Sophomore (2020-21)
Swam a personal-best in the 50y free (23.15) and the 100y free (50.75)at the Eagle Invitational, finishing second in both... Recorded a personal-best in the 100y breastV (1:03.48) at the Eagle Invitational...  Finished second in the 50y free and third in the 100y free against Miami (Fla.)...  Placed second in both the 100y free and 100y breast against North Florida...  Finished third in the 50y free against FIU.

As a Freshman (2019-20)
Scored points in three different individual events at the 2020 CCSA Conference Championships … Her strongest performance was in the 100-yard breaststroke, where she swam a personal-best time of 1:03.52, good for fourth place overall … Also placed in the ‘A’ final of the 100-yard freestyle (7th place, 51.30), where she swam another personal best … Won the 50-yard freestyle ‘B’ final, with a personal-best mark of 23.48 … Swam for two different Eagle relays that each placed second in their events (200-yard freestyle, 400-yard freestyle).

High School
Attended Cutler Bay Senior High, where she swam for coach Marshall Ruffo … Was her high school’s Valedictorian and a recipient of the AICE Diploma … Received Proclamation from the town of Cutler Bay … Served as the COAST Council Treasurer and the President of the Science National Honors Society …. Was a member of the National English Honors Society, the Rho Kappa National Social Studies Honors Society and the National Honors Society … Was a two-time varsity swim captain … Was named the MVP of her high school swim team all four seasons … Was a three-time Class 1A FHSAA State Finalist … Named to the All-Dade Swim Team … Received NISCA Academic All-American honors, as well as NHSCA Academic All-American honors … Qualified for the US Open … Swam club with South Florida Aquatics/AquaKids under coach Lou Manganiello.

Personal
Daughter of Clint and Wendy Jerew … Has one sister, Cassidy … Is the first person in her family to attend college… Majoring in environmental geology with minors in environmental engineering and climate change...  Aspires to earn Master's Degree in Hydrogeology and obtain a professional geologist license
