In singles play, the Ospreys extended their lead with Andreas Scott's 6-3, 6-2 win over Povey at No. 1 singles. Florida Gulf Coast's Bunjes responded with a 6-2, 6-1 victory against Kyle Piqueras at No. 3 singles, making the dual score 2-1.
