FORT MYERS, Fla. – On Mar. 25, the Southwest Florida community has the opportunity to come together and support Your Hometown Team for FGCU's annual Give Day – a 24-hour fundraising effort designed to support student-athletes, the 15 Division I sport programs and key priorities across FGCU athletics. FGCU's Give Day campaign begins at Noon on Mar. 25 and concludes at Noon on Mar. 26.
Give Day provides fans, alumni, families and friends the opportunity to invest in the areas of FGCU Athletics that matter the most to them. Supporters can direct their gift to a specific program, unrestricted funds, or other impact and endowment funds that strengthen the department's foundation and elevate the success of all 15 programs.
"Give Day is an opportunity for the Eagle family to directly impact the lives of our student‑athletes and the future of FGCU Athletics," said Colin Hargis, Director of Athletics at FGCU. "Every gift, no matter the size, helps us provide championship resources to support our 15 programs. Together, we can ensure our programs continue to soar to new heights and our student-athletes become champions in the classroom, in competition, and in our community."
Gifts made on Give Day directly benefit FGCU's student-athletes by enhancing scholarship support, advancing training and competition resources, and elevating the overall student-athlete experience. Participation at every level plays a role in sustaining the championship standard and comprehensive excellence that define FGCU athletics.
Each of the 15 intercollegiate sports at FGCU have their own unique goals and challenges and have forth their own particular needs and priorities. Please visit the FGCU Athletics Give Day 2026 home page for more information.
