FORT MYERS, Fla. - Aislyn Barnett was named the Atlantic Sun Conference Swimmer of the Week on Tuesday after a pair of standout individual wins in a dual meet against North Florida.

Barnett opened the meet by winning the 400 individual medley in 4:18.31, then closed the meet with a standout performance in the 1000 freestyle, setting a program-record time of 9:51.57 to earn her second victory of the meet and break a 10-year-old school record by nearly eight seconds.

The Eagles will now turn their attention to the ASUN Swimming and Diving Championships, scheduled for Feb. 18-21 in Orlando.
