ORLANDO, Fla. - The Eagles wrapped up play at the UCF Challenge Presented by PDI on Tuesday afternoon, finishing seventh as a team at Eagle Creek Golf Club.
Leonie Wulfers paced FGCU with a seventh-under performance, tying for fourth overall while recording 11 birdies across the three-round event.

Wulfers led the way for the Eagles, finishing tied for fourth overall at seven-under par for the tournament. After holding sole possession of the individual lead following the second round, Wulfers remained among the top contenders through the final round and tied for ninth in the field with 11 total birdies over the three-day event.
Sydney Deal finished one-over for the tournament, placing 24th overall, while
Islay Benoit carded a four-over total to finish tied for 41st.
Anne Yost followed close behind at five-over, finishing tied for 47th, and
Amelie Alcantara rounded out the FGCU lineup at seven-over for the week, tying for 56th.
As a team, the Eagles showcased their scoring ability throughout the tournament, tying for the lead with two total eagles and finishing tied for eighth in team birdies with 38 over three rounds. FGCU remained in the mix throughout the week despite challenging conditions and a schedule adjustment that pushed part of the third round into Monday evening due to cold temperatures on Tuesday.

The Eagles return to action at the Momentum Transportation UNF Collegiate on Feb. 23–24 in Jacksonville, Florida, hosted by ASUN rival North Florida.
