Alcantara delivered one of the most efficient rounds of the tournament, firing a 4-under 68 to move into a tie for fourth place individually at 4-under for the championship on Saturday. The round was bogey-free, the only bogey-free round recorded by any golfer through the two rounds of the 2026 ASUN Championship. She got off to a fast start with a birdie on the opening hole, added another on the par-5 fourth and on the par-5 sixth to reach 3-under through six holes. She cruised through the remainder of the front nine to post a 33 outward. On the back, Alcantara continued her steady play before closing with a birdie on hole 17 to sign for a 35 inward and a 68. Over two rounds, Alcantara has recorded 27 pars, tied for the second most in the field, and six total birdies, tied for the 10th most.
Deal continued her strong play with a 2-under 70 Saturday, moving to a tie for seventh place at 2-under for the championship. She picked up birdies on holes four and six on the front nine to post a 34 outward half. On the back, birdies on holes 14 and 18 offset bogeys on 13 and 15, as she finished with a 36 inward and a 70 for the day. Through two rounds, Deal has recorded eight total birdies, tied for the fourth most in the field.
Gauthier battled through a mixed round to card an even-par 72, leaving her at even par for the championship and in a tie for 10th place individually. Bogeys on holes two and four on the front nine pushed her to 2-over before she steadied, posting a 38 outward. The back nine was a different story, as she birdied holes 12 and 18 and played the remaining seven holes at par for a 34 inward. Over two rounds, Gauthier has tallied five total birdies, tied for the 23rd most in the field, and 25 pars, tied for ninth most.
Benoit struggled in the second round, carding a 6-over 78 to fall into a tie for 32nd place at 7-over for the championship. She faced early adversity with bogeys on holes one, two, three and four before a birdie on hole six and another on hole nine provided some relief, finishing the front nine at 38. The back nine proved equally difficult, with bogeys on holes 10, 11, 14 and 15 leading to a 40 inward half.
Wulfers posted a 5-over 77 Saturday to sit in a tie for 37th at 9-over for the championship. She showed flashes of brilliance with birdies on holes five and six, but bogeys on holes two and seven on the front nine led to a 36 outward. The back nine unraveled late, as bogeys on holes 14, 16 and 17 and a double bogey on the par-5 18th hole produced a 41 inward half. Over two rounds, Wulfers has five total birdies, tied for the 23rd most in the field alongside Gauthier.
As a unit, FGCU has produced 28 birdies through two rounds, tied for the third most in the field, and has recorded 112 pars, third most in the championship.

The Eagles return to Dothan Country Club on Sunday for the final round of the ASUN Championship.
