FGCU Travels to Miami for Sunday Clash with FIU

FORT MYERS, Fla. – Florida Gulf Coast University women's soccer will travel to Miami Sunday to face Florida International University at 6 p.m.

The Eagles are coming off a 2-1 road win over Florida Atlantic on Thursday night in Boca Raton.. After trailing 1-0 at halftime, seniors Kendal Gargiula and Erika Zschuppe struck in the second half to secure the Eagles' first come-from-behind victory of the season. Freshman goalkeeper Madara Matrevica tallied three saves to preserve the win. 

For the first time in program history, FGCU is offering fall season tickets for its soccer programs, with packages starting at $60. Fans who purchase season tickets for either the men's or women's soccer teams will receive a season ticket combo for both programs.

Following Sunday's match, FGCU will head to Gainesville to face the University of Florida on Thursday, Sept. 4, at 7 p.m.
