FORT MYERS, Fla. - Florida Gulf Coast University men's tennis is set for a big road weekend of matches, facing No. 23 Miami on Friday in Coral Gables, Florida, before heading out to Lubbock, Texas, to face Nevada and Texas Tech on Sunday.
Miami (4-2) features one ranked singles player, Martin Katz at No. 48. Texas Tech (5-4) has one of the best doubles pairs in the country in Sebastian Abboud and Piotr Pawlak, who come in at No. 66 overall.
Neither Nevada (4-1) or FGCU (3-7) feature any nationally ranked players.
Following these matches, the Eagles return home for a March 4 matchup against Furman. The start time is scheduled for 10 a.m.
