FORT MYERS, Fla. – Florida Gulf Coast University women's golfer Jordan Fischer has officially announced her decision to turn professional. She will compete in the Finals of the LPGA Qualifying Series from Dec. 4–8 in Mobile, Ala., where the top 25 finishers (and ties) will earn 2026 LPGA Tour status. All players who complete at least four rounds will secure 2026 Epson Tour status.

"I'm grateful for my time at FGCU, and I'm excited about the next chapter in my golf career," Fischer said.

Fischer advanced to the Finals after tying for 39th at the Qualifying Stage of the LPGA Q-Series at Plantation Golf and Country Club in Venice, Fla. She posted a 285 (-3) with rounds of 70-69-73-73, placing her comfortably inside the top 45 needed to move on.

"Jordan is an amazing player who will have a lot of success at the next level," said head coach Shannon Sykora.

In her time with the Eagles, Fischer competed in three tournaments. She opened with an 11th-place finish at The Southern Intercollegiate (225, +3), followed by a 12th-place showing at the Inverness Intercollegiate (223, +10). She then delivered her best performance at the Lady Paladin Invitational, finishing second out of 92 golfers with a 209 (-7) after rounds of 67-69-73.
