FORT MYERS, Fla. – Keeshawn Kellman from men's basketball and Posie Farrelly from women's golf have been named the Florida Gulf Coast University Suncoast Credit Union Scholar-Athletes of the Month for March.
 
Kellman is pursuing a master's degree in entrepreneurship and has a 3.61 GPA. On the basketball court, the Allentown, Pennsylvania, native finished the season ranked second in NCAA Division I with a 68.4 field goal percentage. He was named Atlantic Sun Conference Newcomer of the Week Feb. 26 after going 14-of-17 from the field over two games.

Farrelly is majoring in environmental studies and has posted a 3.88 GPA. On the course, the junior from Lutz, Florida, led the Eagles to a victory at the Puerto Rico Classic. She finished second on the individual leaderboard at 2 under par. It marked her second top 10 on an individual leaderboard in 2023-24.
 
This is the third year Suncoast Credit Union has been the title sponsor of the FGCU Athletics Scholar-Athletes of the Month. The award dates back to the 2011-12 season.
