Florida Gulf Coast University men's tennis dropped their match against Queens University of Charlotte 6-1 on Friday in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Philipp Bosse took home the win on his singles court when he won 7-6, 7-5 on singles court two against Leuthi of Queens.
Eric Oncins and
Hugo Magnusson continued their dominance as a doubles pairing, winning on doubles court one 6-0. Queens won the other two courts, taking the doubles point.
This match moves the Eagles to 2-5 in conference this year. To make the top six teams in the conference and make the ASUN tournament the Green and Blue must win against Eastern Kentucky University and Stetson University, both on the road, and get favorable results from the other teams currently ahead of them in the standings.
