FORT MYERS, Fla. – Florida Gulf Coast University's beach volleyball team is set to take on two of the top teams in the country Friday.

The Eagles will first face off against No. 5 Texas Christian University at 1 p.m. before taking on No. 12 Florida International University at 2:50 p.m. in Pompano Beach, Florida.

FGCU (9-7) fell against No. 4 FSU and No. 15 FAU Tuesday in Boca Raton.

This will be the fifth match-up between the Eagles and the Horned Frogs (11-1), with TCU leading the series 3-1. The Green & Blue has played FIU (11-2) nine times and has been victorious the last time both programs met as the Eagles upset the Panthers 3-2 March 17, 2023 in South Beach.
