Florida Gulf Coast University men's and women's cross country team sealed the 2024 season with strong performances at the NCAA South Regionals this morning in Tallahassee, Florida.
On the men's side
Bramwell Havi produced a 32:10.8 showing while placing 81st out of 179 runners. His time was 10th best 10K time in FGCU program history.
Nekhi Perry was up next crossing the line in 117th spot with a time of 33:11.1.

Franklin Caceres finished 135th with a time of 33:39.1 and
Hector Toro stopped the clock in 34:30.2.
Dylan Torres and
Abel Ramos rounded out competition for the Eagles crossing the line in 35:06.1 and 35:13.6 respectively.
On the women's side
Karley Piers was the first Eagle to cross the line in 21:45.6 which is the eight fastest time ran by an Eagle in the 6k. She finished in 85th place while freshman
Alise Petrova was 100th in a time of 21:59.8.
This concludes the season for the men's and women's teams that saw Piers produce the program's best time in the 5K at the ASUN Championship and earn Second Team All-Conference honors. Petrova was named ASUN Freshman of the Year and landed on the All-Freshman team. On the men's side, Havi won the Hatter Invitational and led the Eagles to a team title.
