FGCU men's tennis dropped their match in Orlando against UCF, 7-0, on Saturday.
The doubles point was taken by UCF with
Eric Oncins and
Hugo Magnusson ahead on court one, nearly securing the court for the Eagles.
The singles point was decisive for UCF. Magnusson pushed his second set to a tiebreaker but would ultimately drop the set and match.
The match was clinched by the Knights after win on court five, one, and three to bring the score to 4-0. The remaining three courts would go to UCF bringing the final to 7-0.
Up next for the Green and Blue is FAU on Feb 2 on the road.
