Freshman: Karey Hasten had a top time of 21:55.49 at the Gulf Coast Stampede during 2007. She will return for the 2008 season as a valuable option for the lady eagles.

Prep: Attended Mariner High School…Honorable Mention cross country runner three years.

Personal: Hometown is Cape Coral, Florida…Daughter of Shawn and Penny Hasten…Pursuing a degree in Nursing…Attended Girls State…Favorite sport moment was running at states…Chose FGCU because of its Nursing program, sister attends, and it is close to home.
