Spring 2024
Ran 4:13.83 in the 1500m at the Tampa Spartans Open and placed 11th. Dropped his time at the Spartan Classic and produced a 4:11.27 showing. Crossed the line in 12th place in the 5000m at the USF Bulls Alumni Invitational in a time of 16:14.46. Placed 14th at the South Florida Invitational with a 16:20.36.

Fall 2023
Ran 17:13.98 in the 5K at the FAU Invitational and finished 51st, Stopped the clock at  28:05.3 for the Mountain Dew Invitational. Produced a 27:21.9 finish at the highly competitive FSU Invitational. Finished with a time of 31:10.73 at the ASUN Championship.

Three time CARIFTA gold medalist, Two time Cross Country State team titles, One time  Track & Field team State title,Runner up Cross Country NJCAA team.
