As A Senior (2016)
Competed in three races this season with a pair of top-20 performances … finished 15th with a time of 16:51.7 at the FAU Invitational (Sept. 2) … stayed right on pace with a 17th place finish in 16:51.90 at the UNF Invitational (Sept. 10) … capped off the regular season with a 40th place finish in 28:53.96 in the 10k at the USF Invitational (Oct. 14).

As A Junior (2015)
Raced in five of the team’s six meets this season … finished 25th at the UNF Invitational with a time of 28:00.85 (Sept. 5) … clocked a season-best time of 26:57.42 and placed 33rd at the UF Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 19) … crossed the finish line 22nd overall at the USF Invitational with a time of 27:28.10 (Oct. 16) … finished 38th at the A-Sun Championships after running a race of 27:42.50 (Oct. 30) … placed 139th at the NCAA South Regional Championships with a time of 35:10.02 (Nov. 13).

As A Sophomore (2014)
Competed in four races this season … finished with a time of 28:27.89 at the Stetson Hatter Invitational which was good for 21st (Aug. 30) … placed 46th at the South Florida Invitational with a time of 27:51.41 (Sept. 5) … finished 31st at the FSU Seminole Invitational with a time of 27:04.36 (Oct. 10) … finished with a time of 26:47.53 at the Atlantic Sun Championship which was good for 28th place (Nov. 1). 

As A Freshman (2013) 
Competed in six of seven races during his rookie season ... placed seventh overall at the Westminster Academy Collegiate Invite 5k (Aug. 31) with a career-best 16:01.24 … placed 83rd overall at the UF Mountain Dew Invitational 8k (Sept. 14)  with a time of 26:52.92 … placed 18th overall at the FSU Seminole Invitational (Oct. 11) 8k with a career-best 26:31.49 … placed 22nd overall and at the UCF Black & Gold Invitational (Oct. 18) 8k with a 27:33.55 … placed 38th overall at Atlantic Sun Championships (Nov. 2) with a time of 26:58.92 … placed 120th overall at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships 10k (Nov. 15)  with a career-best 32:58.60.

High School
Four-year letterwinner and two-year captain of his cross country team coached by Al Jordan … also was a four-year letterwinner and two-time captain in track … as a senior he finished sixth in the state in the 1,600 meter in track … 2013 U.S. Army Reserve Scholar-Athlete Award recipient … All-Palm Beach County First Team for cross country for two years and a second-team member for two years … was also an All-Palm Beach County First Team selection for track and second-team pick in another year … also lettered in swimming for four years and was an All-Palm Beach County First Team member two years.
