As A Senior (2016)
Competed in six races this season … finished in a season-best 9th place with a time of 16:08.0 at the FAU Invitational (Sept. 2) … went on to finish 22nd in 17:14.24 at the UNF Invitational (Sept. 10) … crossed the finish line 27th overall in 27:16.68 at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 24) … ran a season-best 8k time of 26:39.30 and finished 25th at the Upstate Invitational (Oct. 1) … wrapped up the season with a 35th place finish in 27:04.92 at the ASUN Championships (Oct. 29) as well as a 149th place finish at the NCAA South Regional (Nov. 11).

As A Junior (2015)
Raced in three meets this season … finished 31st at the UF Mountain Dew Invitational with a season-best time of 26:49.76 (Sept. 19) … crossed the finish line 30th overall in a time of 27:23.01 at the Upstate Invitational (Oct. 3) … ran a time of 28:13.18 and finished 43rd at the A-Sun Championships (Oct. 30).

As A Sophomore (2014)
Did not compete this season. 

As A Freshman (2013)
Competed in all seven races during his rookie season ... placed 11th overall at the Westminster Academy Collegiate Invite 5k (Aug. 31) with a career-best 16:14.36 … placed 53rd overall and fourth on the team at the UF Mountain Dew Invitational 8k (Sept. 14)  with a career-best 26:15.44 … placed 159th at the Roy Griak Invitational (Spet. 28) 8k with a time of 27:41.70 … placed 19th overall at the FSU Seminole Invitational (Oct. 11) 8k with a 26:41.23 … placed 18th overall and fourth on the team at the UCF Black & Gold Invitational (Oct. 18) 8k with a 27:03.32 … placed 42nd overall at Atlantic Sun Championships (Nov. 2) with a time of 27:30.78 … placed 152nd overall at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships 10k (Nov. 15)  with a career-best 34:32.49. 

High School
Ran for head coach Stuart Galloway at E.L. Crossley … posted a personal best 15:44.82 in the boy's 5k during his senior season at the UNC Charlotte 49ers Classic ... was named an Ontario Scholar … earned Honor Roll recognition.

Born on June 17, 1995 … bio-engineering major … son of Joe and Heather Delle Monache … favorite sports to watch are track and hockey … favorite sports movie isPrefontaine … chose FGCU over Florida Tech, Idaho State and Elon due to the campus, coaching staff and ability to further his educational career … aspires to be a bio-medical engineer.
