Holbert had a career-best year as a senior, averaging a career-low 75.54 strokes per 18 holes - over five strokes better than her total as a freshman. In the season-opening Golfweek Program Championship, she fired a 68 (-3) in the second round, which is tied for the third-lowest round in program history and the eighth-lowest in relation to par. She also had another 68 in the second round of the Johnie Imes Invitational on Oct. 3, although that earned her a 4-under, which is tied for the second-lowest round in relation to par and her 140 (-4) in that event is the lowest 36-hole score in program history.

While recording two eagles throughout the season, Holbert played in a career-high 10 tournaments as a junior, which resulted in a 77.52 season average. Her season-best performance came in the MSU Spring Citrus Challenge where she shot a 76-73---149, which allowed her to finish in a tie for sixth-place. In the Mid-American Match Play Challenge on Feb. 5-6, she picked up three wins in head-to-head play over Ohio’s Marissa Balish, Kent State’s Kory Nielsen and Northern Illinois product Isabella Samudio.

As a sophomore, Holbert recorded a career-low season stroke average of 77.20 over 24 rounds. She tallied six rounds of 75 or better, including five of her final six rounds, and produced two top-10 finishes. In the John Kirk Panther Intercollegiate, her 74-73-73---222 led to a tie for eighth-place, which not only was a season-best finish, but it is tied for the 20th best 54-hole total in program history. In the ASUN Championship, she tied her career-low round with a 72 to open and finished with a 75 and 80 in the final two rounds to finish in a tie for 10th place. She also picked up three head-to-head victories in the Mid-American Match Play Challenge on Feb. 13-14.

Holbert produced an 80.75 scoring average through 16 rounds as a freshman. She had a season-best finish in the Florida Challenge, where she shot an 84-81---165 to tie for 39th place. Her season-low round of 72 came in her final one of the season at the MSU Spring Citrus Challenge on March 22.
High School
Holbert is a 2015 graduate of Steinbrenner High School, where she graduated as a three-sport athlete in golf, basketball and softball. As a member of the golf team, she earned First Team All-Conference and Second Team All-County accolades in her final three seasons. She produced a 74 to win the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) regional and led her team to the state tournament three times. She also placed second at the Hurricane Tour Shop Series and Premier Junior Tour.
